I had them come out to look at my fireplace as the flue was sticking, and I had never used the fireplace since buying my house. I was advised that the entire insert needs replacing. Not really what I wanted to hear, but I value the honesty and respect that I was given. They were SO nice and kept me updated on my appointment window.Definitely a company you should do business with, and one I will use in the future as well.

We've used them before at our last home. Guys were very polite, they put tarps down to protect my floors. They were knowledgeable and did a really good job. We will definitely be using their services in the future. 

Owners was very knowledgeable and efficient. They also were excellent in explaining why and what repairs needed to be done. They also gave me a heads up on what would be needed in the future and to keep a watch on it. We have four chimneys and they worked on three of them. I would recommend them with no hesitation!!

I was very pleased with the services of Master Chimney Sweep. My fireplace chimney (ca. 1903) required a deep cleaning and some repair. Everything was done expertly and neatly, with no further cleanup required on my part. Recommended. Very courteous service, with good explanations regarding safety and recommendations for a maintenance timetable.

I needed to clean the chimney as soon as possible. Compared to others Master Chimney Sweep gave appointment very quick and job well done. Liz on phone is very professional.
